Do you have a size guide?
All items have a description of the size. You can also click “View Sizing Guide” where the different size models are described. Still not sure about the size? Send us an email at info@moniquebrouns.com, then we will measure for you.
Which fabrics do you use?
We love fabrics with high quality standards, earth & human friendly produced, long lasting material and mainly natural yarns like pure wool, recycled cotton, blends with viscose and lots of jerseys for the stretch comfort. All this because it’s better for your body and well-being for your mind and earth- and animal friendly. We do not sell leather, fur or silk for that reason; but do have amazing alternatives.

Do you ship to all countries
We ship to the Netherlands and a selection of European countries. For internationally shipping, please contact us.
What are the shipping costs per country?
Shipping rates will be calculated automatically during checkout and are in (€) euros.
Rates may vary depending on the destination of choice and the size of the package.

Enjoy free delivery to Dutch addresses on all online orders over €125,– and worldwide free shipping on orders over €600,–.
At this time MONIQUE BROUNS does not ship to locations other than those noted above.
All prices outside EU exclude import duties, fees and local taxes.
Orders outside EU could be subject to import duties, fees and local taxes levied by the destination country and could be charged. Once the parcel reaches its destination address, the recipient will need to pay these charges.

Inform PostNL as early as possible if you know that you will not be at home to receive your order.
If PostNL can not make the delivery after two attempts, we will charge you a fee for the storage and redelivery of the order.
You can accept the additional costs or you can choose to cancel the order. In the latter case you will receive the purchase price of the purchased products back, but the original delivery costs will be deducted.
What are your shipping times?
Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and the delivery and billing address has been verified.
Orders that have been shipped within The Netherlands usually take up three to five business days to be delivered.
International orders take four to six days to be delivered. Due to customs procedures delivery times may vary for each country.
All shipping will be handled by Post NL.
Can I send my order to multiple addresses?
We only accept one shipping address per order placed.
Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
No, we only deliver to home and business addresses. So no mailbox or other delivery points.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email from PostNL.
From where will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped from our headquarters, based in Maastricht, The Netherlands.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes. All packages will require a signature from the recipient.
Is my delivery insured?
We automatically insure all parcels against theft and accidental damage while in transit to receiving address.
The parcel is no longer insured once it has been signed for.

We accept multiple payment methods such as Visa, Master Card and PayPal.
Is it possible to return my purchase?
We only accept returns for online purchases. You can return your online purchase if for any reason it does not meet your acceptations. You can do so in our shop or send it registered back to us on your own costs within 14 days.
If you are unable to return within 14 days after receipt, then we kindly ask you to inform us about your intention to return beforehand by email info@moniquebrouns.com.
Returned goods should be handed over to us undamaged and complete.
