Below is an overview of our shipping and returns policy.
Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and the delivery and billing address have been verified.
orders that have been shipped within The Netherlands usually take three to five business days to be delivered.
International orders take four to six days to be delivered. Due to customs procedures delivery times may vary for each country.
All shipping will be handled by Post NL.

Rates may vary depending on the destination of choice and the size of the package.
MONIQUE BROUNS ships to the following countries:
Austrich, Lithuania, Italy, Hungary, France, Czech Republic, Estonia, Slovakia, Bulgary, Romania, Belgium, Poland, Luxembourg, Latvia, Ireland, United Kingdom, Sweden, Finland, Spain, Denmark, Slovenia, Germany and Portugal.

At this time MONIQUE BROUNS does not ship to locations other than those noted above.
All prices outside EU exclude import duties, fees and local taxes.
Orders outside EU could be subject to import duties, fees and local taxes levied by the destination country and could be charged. Once the parcel reaches its destination address, the recipient will need to pay these charges.
As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, MONIQUE BROUNS cannot estimate the costs of these duties
Our advice is to contact your local customs office before your order, so you can avoid unexpected charges.
Inform PostNL as early as possible if you know that you will not be at home to receive your order.
If PostNL can not make the delivery after two attempts, we will charge you a fee for the storage and redelivery of the order.
You can accept the additional costs or you can choose to cancel the order. In the latter case you will receive the purchase price of the purchased products back, but the original delivery costs will be deducted.
we only accept one shipping address per order placed.
We automatically insure all parcels against theft and accidental damage while in transit to receiving address.
return or credit note
We don’t refund your purchase, but you can exchange it or request a credit note. The return has to be sent back in the original packaging. The following points may lead to a reduction in or complete loss of your refund:
- incomplete products
- products that are not in their original condition
- signs of wearing, signs of use
- filth, strange odours and/or any other damage to this product
Whether or not these points are applicable to your return is to be established by one of our employees.
Returns that differ from this procedure will not be processed.
